Today, I thought about you because I had to take pictures of my face for my passport. This exercise was for me very difficult before but not this time. So, I decided to write to you because often people who are unhappy tell about that but not when they are happy. When I saw you for a consultation, you said that an improvement was possible.

I knew that for a 5^th rhinoplasty, I can’t hope a big improvement, just a little perhaps but I had prepared myself to accept my nose with a lot of faults. When I understood that 4^th previous nose jobs doesn’t scare you, when I discussed with you, I understood that I could fully trust you. Even if everybody around me tells that it was crazy to have a surgery in a foreign country, I decided to do it in total confidence.

And I was right…

Every day when I wake up, I immediately run in the bathroom to see if my previous nose doesn’t come back and every day I’m amazed with my new nose. I didn’t have an improvement but better than that, a real transformation. I don’t know if I have a perfect nose, if I have the perfect dimension of golden number and I don’t care about that. What is important is that I love my new nose. For me, it’s like it always be there. I had to born with this nose…

You are not just a surgeon, it is too restrictive. You are a magician with human quality, you know how to do the translation between our wishes and your skill, a kind of human god because you make miracles. In France, a lot of surgeons draw on a computer a nice nose and promise that but don’t know the technics to do that. If you could gives classes to french surgeons…

Of course this nose doesn’t bring me love, fame and beauty, for that I don’t need a surgeon, I do it myself. But what you brought me is a reassurance, a well-being, to say ok when I see my face in a mirror. And feeling well in our body isn’t that the beginning of happiness?
I wanted to tell you this, thank you for removing this enormous weight that I was hanging. Now I know that honest surgeons exist!:-)
